Welcome to Week #4 of Your AWE-some Challenge!   😊

In this week’s video, we’re talking about the “W” in AWE-some … WATER.

Drinking an adequate amount of clean water is vital to your overall health and wellness. For adults, that means drinking in ounces the same number as dividing your body weight in pounds by two. So, for example, if you weigh 150 pounds, you should be consuming 75 ounces (a little over 2 liters) of water each day.
